Shipping Options

We offer free shipping on all orders over $20 by USPS Priority Mail. For orders under $20, shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $8 and your order will be sent by USPS Priority Mail. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and we strive to ship orders received before 3pm EST on the day they are received.

Orders for delivery outside of the US

We are unable to accept and ship orders outside of the US from For all international orders please visit where we offer worldwide shipping.

Loss or non-delivery

In the event of loss or non-delivery, we will refund or replace undelivered orders up to the value of $50. Lost or non-delivered orders must be reported to us within 20 days of shipping.

If You Need to Return a Product

We hope that you will be happy with your Tidy Tot purchase; we stand behind our products 100%. In the case of any problems or defects we offer a 28-day unconditional return or exchange for unused products.

Please return your unused product, in its original condition, along with a copy of your order receipt to us within 28 days. Please note your request for either a refund or replacement and the reason why. Please send your return to:

Delivery charges will not be refunded. Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse and refunds can take up to 10 business days to credit your account.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have used your Tidy Tot product but become dissatisfied with it for any reason, please contact our customer support team and we’ll do everything we can to help.

  • We consider each order as an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. Our despatch of goods indicates acceptance of your offer in relation to those goods and the creation of a binding contract.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery problems and may not be able to provide you with a refund if you give us inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Photographs and information contained on our website must not under any circumstance be copied, used or otherwise circulated without our prior consent.
  • Terms and conditions may be altered at any time and without notice. The conditions displayed on our website at the time of placing your order will apply to your order.
  • Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, however slight variations in actual goods may occur.


We use PayPal as our primary payment gateway, and we never have access to your personal financial account information. Credit cards accepted, PayPal credit or funds are all handled via PayPal, and refunds for returns are issued back via PayPal.

Order Cancellation

Various discounts including special price offers, bundled packages, or free shipping may from time to time be given at our discretion. If you accept a discount that is subject to a minimum total order and the value of goods returned for a refund then causes that total order to fall below the minimum value, then we shall be entitled to reduce the refund amount in order to reclaim the value of the discount.

We will attempt to resolve any complaint within one month.
